- National Education Association
The National Education Association (NEA), the nation's largest professional employee organization, is committed to advancing the cause of public education. NEA's 3.2 million members work at every level of education—from pre-school to university graduate programs.
- The Trent Tucker Foundation
The Trent Tucker Foundation has a unique program that provides young people with a vision for the future. This program’s long term commitment to the community’s youths translates into an increased knowledge of character, the development of leadership skills which help reduce the exhibition of risky behaviors, and an improvement in overall academic performance.
- Little Kids Rock
Little Kids Rock believes that all children in our public schools deserve music education. Music education is a transforming force in children's lives. This is why we are dedicated to bringing free musical instruments and music instruction to public school children.
- Free Arts NYC
Free Arts NYC is a non-profit organization dedicated to bringing the healing powers of the arts into the lives of abused, neglected and at-risk children and their families. Through painting, dance, drama, writing, music, sculpture, photography and other outlets of creativity, Free Arts volunteers help children and families express emotions, gain self-confidence and develop positive methods of communication.
- Jacob's Cure
Jacob’s Cure supports the continuation and advancement of research in gene-therapy, as well as the support of neural stem cell transplantation that has exhibited great hope in curing Canavan Disease.
- The Stony Brook University Foundation
The Stony Brook Foundation plays a vital role in making sure that donations to the University are used efficiently and that its endowment funding is invested intelligently. The Foundation helps to transform the vision of our donors, faculty, and students into reality, and we are proud of our strong track record in doing so.
- East Harlem Tutorial Program
East Harlem Tutorial Program is a 48-year-old non-profit group which offers young people individual training in reading, writing, math, science, computers and more.
- Reading Rainbow
Reading Rainbow introduce kids to interesting new people and places, explores important social and cultural issues, and offers a close-up look at the world around them.
- The Los Angeles Mentoring Partnership
MENTOR is a trusted voice for the power of mentoring. We work to ensure that every child who wants and needs a mentor has the right one.
