"Aspire to Inspire"The Ruby Peck Foundation for Children's Education is committed to the pursuit of knowledge and believes that a child’s opportunity to learn and develop the gift of his or her imagination should not be limited by economic classifications, social status, physical challenges or geographical boundaries. These core values are reflected in our deep commitment to support a broad base of children's programs that promote learning through creative education. By inspiring our children to embrace the richness of their cultural and individual expressions today, we can lay the foundation for tomorrow’s dreamers, teachers, healers, leaders and visionaries.
Our Goals
- To foster the growth of general education and to promote the love of learning.
- To develop scholarship programs for students based both on need and on academic achievement.
- To collaborate and build alliances with other foundations and diverse programs to further the goals of education.
- To encourage the use of creativity and innovation in children's education.
- To recognize and reward successful academic programs and educators around the nation and around the world for their commitment and achievements.
- To promote the involvement of both family and community in schools and other academic programs.
- To raise funds that will support schools suffering from hardship.
The Foundation at Work

We raised funds for the Trent Tucker Foundation through the Critters Choice Awards Charity Benefit.
- We donated to the National Education Association which was distributed among 16 schools affected by Hurricane Katrina.
- Through our alliance with Little Kids Rock we’re helping make sure music remains a part of school curriculums.
- Our donations to Free Arts NYC ensure that at-risk children and their families have access to programs that help them develop creative outlets.
- Our donations to organizations such as Jacob's Cure help raise funds for research grants.
- Our affiliation with The Stony Brook University Foundation has helped disadvantaged students pursue their educational goals at Stony Brook University.
